opened to the public on June 26, 1976, but it's official
opening was the first day of October that year. It took
40 months to build with 1,537. The CN Tower is most
famous for being the tallest tower in the world, at an
estimated weight of 130,000 tons and an exact height of 1,815
ft, 5 inches, or five 1/2 football fields.
